Biblical soul care for Anxiety is nourishment for the soul based on the Truth of the Word of God. This is a safe and sacred space to come, heal, and receive the Words of Jesus Christ.

As a Certified Holistic Biblical Counselor* with LUV at the Well, I provide counseling that is Biblically-based, Christ-centered and Holy Spirit-led. This group counseling session is designed for women, ages 15 and older. This session is a safe and sacred space to learn how to heal anxiety from its roots: spirit, soul, and body. Participants are not required to come on camera (but welcomed to!). I will begin and end with breath prayer, and gently lead participants through a series of activities.
